Hey y’all! Before we proceed… I just want you to know my “boudoir shoots” are not the same as the typical and traditional boudoir. Yes, they are about feeling beautiful and sexy but more about finding what empowers you, what makes you see how beautiful you naturally are, what gives you that “How Stella Got Her Groove Back” moment, just with a little less “ass up to Jesus” (a prompt some other boudoir photographers use).

Who are your boudoir sessions for?

Theses sessions are for everyone (21+). I am an inclusive photographer so I don’t care how you identify, your body shape, your skin color, who you love… you are beautiful and I can show you!

Where can the session be?

I shoot sessions from San Francisco to Sacramento, in Vacaville, in Napa and all the places in between. If you want a beautiful outdoor spot, with flowers and a barn and beautiful hills in the landscape, Soul Food Farm (https://www.soulfoodfarm.com) is my favorite! Want to play in a creek, I’ve got a spot. Prefer the privacy of a studio, there’s plenty to choose from!

How much do I have to show?

It’s totally up to you. It’s your session and you get to decide what makes you feel sexy. And that’s different for everyone. I will NOT ask you to remove any clothing ever. I try to run my sessions in a very trauma informed way cause a good portion of us have been though something. I want everyone to feel safe and comfortable during their session so they can get the most enjoyable experience possible!

What are my options for wardrobe?

Want to wear jeans, that’s cool. Lingerie, that’s cool too. Everyone has clothing that makes them feel sexy… For some, its more modest than others. But really anything goes, it’s all based on your level of comfortability. Once you contact me for a session, I will start to discuss with you theme and styling. I love when clients think outside the box and go beyond just lingerie.

How will I know how to pose?

Everyone, in every type of photoshoot, worries about posing. Listen, I’ve got you. This is something I have literally studied, taken multiple classes on so that my clients look amazing! But unlike typical boudoir shoot, there won’t be this contorting of your body into uncomfortable positions that are difficult to hold. I see this all the time on reels and TikTok and it drives me bonkers. So just know, there will be no ass to Jesus…

I’ve got a lot of photographer friends and some amazing recommendations. I am not a cash grab kind of photographer, I will recommend you to the right photographer for the session you are looking for!
